As part of the Art-Minsk 2019 project, the ArtPort gallery will present the exhibition In Search of New Harmony. The viewer will be able to see the sculpture of Andrey Ostashov, graphic works by Alexander Shappo and Roman Sustov, art objects of the C/A/C group by Oleg Shobin.
Each of the selected authors has their own unique artistic image and style. Combining them in one project is a bold move by the gallery’s curators. Each of the selected authors has its own unique artistic image and style. Combining them in one project is a bold move by the gallery’s curators.
The starting point in creating an exhibition is the search for harmony.
The philosophy of the East and the mythology of the West have expanded and enriched the sound of each other. And modern stories have supplemented the canonical images of human life. Gradually, the line between reality and fantasy began to disappear. So a New harmony was born.
The joint exhibition of four iconic authors was highly appreciated by many participants and visitors of the international art fair Russian Antique & Art Fair 2019.
